Dr. Patricia E. Bath is a physician, scientist and inventor of the Laserphaco probe for cataract surgery. She has broken ground for women and African Americans in science and medicine, and is the President of the American Institute for the Prevention of Blindness. Dr. Bath was honored at the 2016 Culture Shifting Awards in NYC where we captured her story.
